Chat

How do I begin a chat?In order to begin a chat, you'll need click the icon

on the right side of the member's mini-card.

How do I switch between chat windows?If you've reached the maximum number of chats your screen width allows, the text "More Chats" will appear on the right side of the chats. Click on it to open the active chats that are not displayed on the screen at the moment.

How many chats can you open at the same time?You can open up to 20 chats at the same time.

I'm not interested in being approached by chat, how do I prevent it?On the left menu, underneath your photo there is a "Chat On" button

. Clicking on this button will turn it into "Chat Off" and will prevent members from starting a chat with you.

Why am I not getting replied to in chats?There could be a number of reasons:
1. The member is not logged into the website at the moment.
2. The member is logged in, but is not currently by the computer/smartphone.

Communication Status

How do I know if the member chose to remove my card?If the member removed your card from their mailbox, the

icon will appear.

How will I know if my message was read?When you are in your mailbox, if you see the

icon on the member's mini-card, it means the member has opened your card and read your message.

How will I know if my message was replied to?When entering the site, you'll get a notification that you have unread messages.
Clicking on "Unread messages" in the left menu will transfer you to your mailbox. In the mailbox, click on the "Reply messages". Under this tab you'll only see the messages that were sent to you as a reply.

What does each icon in a member's mini-card mean?

- You are the last one who has seen this member's profile

- The member was the last one to watch your profile, meaning they've read the message.

- The star will allow you to add the member to your favorites list. When you click on the star, it will turn yellow, which means the member has now been added to your favorites list.

- A message you've already received and read.

- The member has chosen to remove you from their mailbox.

- A new message you haven't read yet

- You were the last one to send a message.

- Swingers

What does the date next to the member's card mean?This is the last date of correspondence between you.

Contact Details

How can I add my contact details to the site?Click on the tab "My profile" at the head of the page. Then select the tab "My account". On the bar underneath, select the option "contact details" and you'll be transferred to a part of the page where you can edit your contact details. Fill in the relevant details and to finish click on "Save".

How can I attach my contact details to a message?Click on the "message" button on the right of the member's mini-card, or alternatively open their card by clicking on their name or photo. Click on the

icon at the lower right side of the card. The contact details you can add will appear. Mark with a V the contact details you want to send and click on "Save".

What are contact details and who are they meant for?Contact details are details for contacting you outside the website (phone, email, facebook and skype). In order to make things easier for you and to make sure you don't have to write these details every time, you can input them once into the system and quickly attach them to a message whenever you choose.

What contact details can I add?You can quickly add your phone, email, skype and facebook page.

Why can't I add contact details to my message?Because you haven't inputted them yet. Click on the tab "My profile" at the head of the page. Then select the tab "My account". On the bar underneath, select the option "contact details" and you'll be transferred to a part of the page where you can edit your contact details. Fill in the relevant details and to finish click on "Save".

Email

Does my email address appear on the site?No, your email address does not appear on the site. It will only be seen by people you chose to send your email address to.

How do I change the email address I registered?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Then select the "My Account" tab. Clicking on the "Email" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit your email address. Enter the new address and to finish click on "Save".

How do I stop receiving alerts to my email?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Then select the "My Account" tab. Clicking on the "Notifications" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit your notifications. Unmark the V from the relevant box and click on "Save" to finish.

Why is there a need for an email address?- Your email address is private, unless you choose to send it yourself.
- Restoring the password is done by email.
- You can get alerts to your email in case a member has messaged you or replied to your message.
- You can send your email address to anyone you like at the click of a button.

Favorites List

How can I search for a specific member in my restricted list?Click on the "Contacts" tab at the head of the screen and choose the "Favorites" tab. On the bar below, define the range of ages the member belongs to and in the "Name" field enter the name of the member you are looking for. To finish click on "Search".

How can I view members I marked as favorite?Click on the "Contacts" tab at the head of the screen and choose the "Favorites" tab. This is where all the members you marked as favorites will appear.

How do I add a member to my favorites list?Open the card of the member you'd like to add to your favorites list. On the top right part of the card, click on the star

. The star will turn yellow

and the member will appear on your favorites list.

How do I remove a member from the favorites list?You can remove a member from the favorites list in two different ways:
1. Click on the yellow star in the upper right corner of the member's mini-card so it becomes white.
2. Click on the "Contacts" tab at the head of the screen and choose the "Favorites" tab. Mark with a V the card of the member you wish to remove from this list and click on "delete marked" at the top part of the screen. Then click "OK."

What is the favorites list?The favorites list is a list that contains members you marked as your favorites. All the members you marked as favorites will appear with a star icon in their card.

Flirts

How do I send a flirt?Click on the "Message" button on the right side of the member's mini-card, or alternatively, open the member's profile by clicking on their name or photo. Click on the

. button. A list will open with flirts you can attach to the message. Choose the flirt you want to send and click on 'Send'.

Is there a limit on the amount of flirts I can send?Yes, you cannot send more than 2 flirts to the same member, and you can not send more than a total of 50 flirts per day.

What is a flirt?A flirt is a photo with a message that is sent to another member.
A flirt is made for two things:
1. To announce your existence.
2. Each flirt has a different meaning, which can be determined by the icon and its heading during foreplay.

General

How can I register to the site?Registration to the site is free and quick. In our homepage, click on "Join now, it's free" and you'll be transferred to the quick and easy registration for the site.

How do I keep my privacy while using the site?Remember to mark your photo as "private photo". This way no one will be able to see your photo unless you want them to. Only members you select will be able to see your photo.
Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. On the bar below, choose the "Photos" tab. You'll be transferred to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. In the bottom part of the window there will be the words "Public Photos". Unmark the V next to it and click on "Save".

How do I keep secure while using the site?People aren't always who they claim to be. You should always be careful when you are sending contact details (such as phone number, address etc.), especially when you are meeting with a stranger.
Always use the following safety rules:
- Never give your password to anyone.
- Be careful with the level of information you choose to share with member of the site (at least at the first stages of getting to know them).
- Immediately block and report anyone who sends you undesired or improper content.

Who is Heaven Affairs' meant for?The site is made for people currently in a relationship, but looking to add some excitement and variety to their lives without losing what they have.

Icons

What does the envelope icon mean?

- A message you're already received and read.

- The member has chosen to remove you from their mailbox.

- A new message you haven't read yet

- You were the last one to send a message.

What does the eye in the member's profile mean?

- You are the last one who has seen this member's profile

- The member was the last one to watch your profile, meaning they've read the message.

What does the green dot next to the member's name mean?

- The green dot means the member is logged in on the site at the moment.

What does the star in the member's profile mean?

- The star will allow you to add the member to your favorites list. When you click on the star, it will turn yellow, which means the member has now been added to your favorites list.

To erase a member from your favorites list, just click the star again.

Mailbox

How can I prevent certain members from messaging me?Open the card of the member you'd like to block by clicking on their name or photo. At the lower left part of their card you'll see the words "Block this profile". Click it and then click on "OK".

How can I remove a member from my mailbox?In order to remove a member from your mailbox mark the box on the left side of that member's mini-card, and click on the text "Delete marked" at the top part of the screen. Then choose "Ok".

How can I sort the items in my mailbox?

You can sort the cards in your mailbox so they are shown at the order you choose. The cards can be sorted according to the following parameters:
Newest (default) - The card with which you last communicated will appear first.
Unread messages - The cards with messages you haven't read yet will appear first, and the newest message will appear first.

In order to sort the cards in your mailbox, click on the desired option next to the "Sort by" button.

How will I know my message was replied to?When entering the site, you'll receive a notification that you have unread messages.
Clicking on "Unread Messages" on the left menu will transfer you to your mailbox. In the mailbox, click on the "Reply Messages" tab. Under this tab you'll only see the messages that were sent to you as a reply.

What does each icon in the mailbox mean?

- A message you received and have already read.

- The member has chosen to remove you from their inbox.

- You have a new message from that member.

- You were the last one to send a message.

What does each tab of the mailbox mean?Mail box - All the messages you've sent or received will appear under this tab.
Unread Messages - All the messages you've received and haven't read yet will appear under this tab.
New Messages - All the messages you got from members you haven't messaged yet will appar under this tab.
Reply Messages - This tab will show you all the messages you got from members you've messaged. In other words, this is where you can check if they have replied to the message you've sent.

What does the date next to the member's card mean?This is the last date of correspondence between you.

What does the purple eye on the member's card mean?

- You were the last one to look at the member's card.

- The member viewed your card last, meaning they have read your message.

What is the difference between filtering and sorting my mailbox?Filtering hides the cards that do not answer the criteria of the filter you choose. Sorting only sorts them in a different order, but will still show all the cards. The filtering is done under the words "Filter by" and the sorting under the words "Sort by".

What kind of filters can I use in my mailbox?You have the option of filtering the cards in your mailbox, so only the right cards will show. At the top part of the page, click on the "Filter by" text. You will be able to filter according to the following parameters:
Last Contact - The last contact made with that member. You'll be able to display only those cards you've communicated with during the last 2 months / month / week / 2 days / today.
Nickname - This filter will allow you to only display cards that have a certain name you select. This is how you'll be able to look for a certain member card in your mailbox. Fill out their name in the text box.
Photo Only - If you mark the box "Photo only", you'll only see the cards that have a photo.
Of course you can combine several filters at the same time. After choosing the desired filter, click the "Search" button at the right part of the screen.

Why am I not getting messages?If you are not getting messages, make sure that the details you gave were correct. Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page and make sure all the fields are filled out correctly. Try to present yourself in a genuine, special way, with a wink and a bit of humor. From our experience, the right photo can make a huge difference. Check if your photo is current, and if not replace it. In addition, we recommend you take initiative and initiate contact with other members you're interested in.

Messeges

Are there any limitations on the amount of messages I can send or receive every day?No, there are not.

How do I answer a message that was sent to me?Open the member's profile by clicking on their name or photo or by clicking on "View" on the left of their mini card. On the lower right part of the card you'll see your correspondence with the member. In the text box underneath the correspondence, where it says "type your text here", enter the text you'd like to send the member and click on "Send".

How do I read a message that was sent to me?Open the member's card by clicking on the "view" button on the right of their mini-card, or by clicking on their name or photo. On the bottom right part of the card you'll see your correspondence with the member. You'll also find the message that was sent to you.

How do you send a new message to a member?Click on the "message" button on the right of the member's mini-card, or alternatively open their card by clicking on their name or photo. On the lower right part of the card there is a text box in which you can write the message. To send the message click on "Send".

My Profile

How can I change my preferences?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. On the bar below, choose the "Basic Information" tab. On the right side of the screen, next to the text "Seeking", you'll be able to change your preferences. Make the desired change and click on "Save".

How do I change my registered email address?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Then select the "My Account" tab. Clicking on the "Email" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit your email address. Enter the new address and to finish click on "Save".

How do I change the password?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Then select the "My Account" tab. Clicking on the "Password" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can change your password. Enter your current password and then enter your new password twice. To finish, click on "save".

How do I edit my card?You can do so in a number of ways:
1. Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Edit the details as you like and click on "Save".
2. Click on your photo on the left menu. Your profile, as seen by others, will open. Next to the place you'd like to change you'll see the text "Edit". Click on it and it will take you to edit that part. Change the desired details and click on "Save".
3. On the left menu, on the right side of the "Your Profile" box, click on "Edit". Change the details you want to and click on "Save".

How do I edit my contact details?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Then select the "My Account" tab. Clicking on the "Contact Details" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit your contact details. Enter the new details and to finish click on "Save".

How do I edit the photos in my card?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. On the bar below, select the "Photos" tab. You'll be transferred to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. Make the desired change and click on "Save".
Click on the menu expansion button at the top left part of the screen, and choose the option "edit profile". Now select the option "edit my profile" and click on the field "My Photos". You will be transferred to a page where you can edit the photos on your card. Make the desired change and click on "save".

How do I remove my card from the site?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Then select the "My Account" tab. On the bar below, choose the option "Delete" and you'll be transferred to a part of the page where you can delete your card forever. Fill in your password and click on "Delete".

*** NOTE! Once the card has been deleted it cannot be restored.

How do I suspend my card?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Then select the "My Account" tab. On the bar below, choose the option "Freeze" and you'll be transferred to a part of the page where you can "freeze" your card. Mark the line "Freeze my account" with a V and click on "Save".
When you want to re-activate your account, log into the website with your user and password and click on "unfreeze".

How does my card look on the site?In order to see what your card looks like, click on your photo on the left menu and your card, as it looks to others, will open.

How many cards am I allowed to have on the site?Each user is only allowed one card. In case we find a double card, the extra card will be deleted from the site.

Is there a limitation on who can message me?The answer is no. Any member who answers your preferences can approach you if they want. However, if you are interested in blocking a specific person, open their card by clicking on their name or photo. At the lower left part of the card, the option "block this profile." will appear, click on it and then on "OK" to block that particular card.

What details can I change in my card?Every detail but 'Sex' and 'Date Of Birth' can be changed.

Photos

How can I add a private photo to a message?Click on the "message" button on the right of the member's mini-card. Alternatively, you can open the member's card by clicking on their name or photo. Click on the

button above the communication box and click on "Done".

How do I delete a photo from the site?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Clicking on the "Photos" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. Click on the text "Delete" next to the photo or photos you'd like to remove and click on "OK".

How do I upload my photo to the site?If you haven't uploaded a photo to the site yet:
1. Uploading via the computer:
Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Clicking on the "Photos" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. Now you can drag the photos you're interested in to the part that says "Drag and upload photos here" or alternatively click on "Browse..." and choose the desired photo from its location on your computer. To finish click on "Save".
2. Uploading via Facebook:
Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Clicking on the "Photos" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. Click on the "Connect to Facebook" button. A window will open that will ask you to log into Facebook with your personal details. You will now see the photos you can choose from your Facebook profile. Select the desired photo and to finish click on "Save".

If you've already uploaded a photo to the site:
Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Clicking on the "Photos" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. In the bottom right part, next to the "Save" button, appear the words "Add photo +" - click on it. Now you have 2 options:
1. Uploading via the computer:
Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Clicking on the "Photos" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. Now you can drag the photos you're interested in to the part that says "Drag and upload photos here" or alternatively click on "Browse..." and choose the desired photo from its location on your computer. To finish click on "Save".
2. Uploading via Facebook:
Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Clicking on the "Photos" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. Click on the "Connect to Facebook" button. A window will open that will ask you to log into Facebook with your personal details. You will now see the photos you can choose from your Facebook profile. Select the desired photo and to finish click on "Save".

I wish to only show my photos to those I choose, how can I do that?Click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. Clicking on the "Photos" tab on the bar below will transfer you to a part of the page where you can edit the photos in your card. At the lower part of the page, you'll see the option "Public Photos". Unmark it and click on "save" to finish.

I've uploaded photos but can't seem to use them. Why is that?In order to maintain the quality of the site and the reliability of its members, any change to the card, from text to photo, requires the approval of the site administrators. So, all changes to the card require 1 business day before it is approved and you can see the change.

Restricted List

How can I search for a specific member in my restricted list?Click on the "Contacts" tab at the head of the screen and choose the "Blocked" tab. On the bar below, define the range of ages the member belongs to and in the "Name" field enter the name of the member you are looking for. To finish click on "Search".

How can I see all the members I've blocked?Click on the "Contacts" tab at the head of the screen and choose the "Blocked" tab. This is where all the members you've decided to block will appear.

How do I block a member?Open the card of the member you'd like to block by clicking on their name or photo. In the lower left part of the card, the words "Block this profile" will appear, click on it to block the member.

How do I cancel the blocking of a member?This can be done in 2 ways:
1. Open the member's card. In the lower left part of the screen will appear the text "You have chosen to block this member." Click on "To unblock - click here" and the blocking of that member will be cancelled.
2. Click on the "Contacts" tab at the head of the screen and choose the "Blocked" tab. Mark with a V the card of the member you wish to unblock and click on "delete marked" at the top part of the screen. Then click "OK."

What does the date in the upper right part of the member's mini-card mean?The date displaying is the date in which you added the member to your restricted list.

What is the restricted list?The restricted list is a list containing members you've decided to block. After you've blocked them, these members will not be able to contact you in any way until you cancel the block.

Searches

How can I find a member with only their member number?If you'd like to find a member of the site according to their member number, click on the "search" tab at the top of the screen and choose the "Free Text" option. Now click on "Filter" and in the window that opens, enter the member number of the member you want to find in the text box and click on "Search".

What is a swingers search and how is it different from regular searches?If you're interested in searching for couples, you can only do so from the "Swingers search" tab at the top of the screen. Couples do not show up in normal searches. This search does not display regular cards.

What kind of searches can site members perform?The site offers 8 types of searches:
1. Online Search - Appears under the "Search" tab at the head of the screen. This search will allow you to find members currently online on the site. You can filter these search results by age, place of residence and familial status. Also, you can sort the results of the search by:
Newest - The newest card will appear first.
Age - The cards will be sorted by age in an ascending order.
Photo - Cards with a photo will appear first, then those with a private photo and lastly the cards without a photo.

2. Quick Search - Appears under the "search" tab at the head of the screen. The quick search is a search you can execute quickly and easily according to age. Also, the results of the search can be filtered so only cards with a photo (public or private) will appear, by marking a V in the box next to the "only with picture" text. The results of the search can be sorted by:
Newest - The newest card will appear first.
Age - The cards will be sorted by age in an ascending order.
Photo - Cards with a photo will appear first, then those with a private photo and lastly the cards without a photo.

3. Recently Joined - Appears under the "Search" tab at the top of the screen. This search will allow you to find new members who have recently joined the site. The results can be filtered according to the desired ages. The search results can be sorted by:
Newest - The newest card will appear first.
Age - The cards will be sorted by age in an ascending order.
Photo - Cards with a photo will appear first, then those with a private photo and lastly the cards without a photo

4. Best Match - Appears under the "Search" tab at the top of the screen. This search displays the cards marked most compatible to you by our system. These are the people our system believes you have the best chance with. You can also filter these results by age and height. The search results can be sorted by:
Newest - The newest card will appear first.
Age - The cards will be sorted by age in an ascending order.
Photo - Cards with a photo will appear first, then those with a private photo and lastly the cards without a photo.

5. Gallery - Appears under the "Search" tab at the head of the screen. The search only displays members who have a public photo. The results of the search can be filtered by age range.

6. Free Text - Appears under the "Search" tab at the top of the screen. This search will allow you to find members according to their hobbies, interests, personal characteristics or any other text you choose. In addition, this search will allow you to find a member of the site according to their member number. Where it says "Free Text", you should input the relevant text you want to search for and click on "Search".

7. Advanced Search - Under the "Search" tab at the top of the screen. What's special about this search is that your search parameters will be automatically saved, and you won't have to input them again next time you enter this search. You can define the parameters you're interested in by clicking on "Filter". Next time you want to perform the search, you won't need to enter all these details again. You can just go into the search and the results you'll get will be according to the parameters you've entered. If you'd like to change your search parameters, you need to go into search again, click on "Filter", and change the parameters of the search. The results of the search can be filtered by age or sorted by:
Newest - The newest card will appear first.
Age - The cards will be sorted by age in an ascending order.
Photo - Cards with a photo will appear first, then those with a private photo and lastly the cards without a photo.

8. Swingers Search - Entering this search can be made by clicking on the "Swingers" tab at the top of the screen. If you are interested in looking for couples, you can do so only through this search. Couples don't appear on regular searches. You can only see swinger cards if you use this search, which will not display regular cards.

Why isn't the search find results?In this case, try to update the search parameters. Also, check if your preferences match what you are looking for. That means you cannot look for men, for example, if your preferences are not defined to find men.

Will my future searches find members I've already blocked/deleted?Yes. However, if you have blocked the member, you'll find the words "Unblock" on the upper left side of their mini-card so you know that the member is in your restricted list.

Smiles

How do I send a smile?Click on the "Message" button on the right side of the member's mini-card, or alternatively, open the member's profile by clicking on their name or photo. Click on the

button on the lower right side of the card. A list of smiles will open for you to attach to the message. Choose the smile you want to send and click on "Done".

Is there a limit on the amount of smiles I can send?Yes, you cannot send more than 2 smiles to the same member, and you can not send more than a total of 50 smiles per day.

What's a smile?A smile is a pre-made opening line that you can choose and quickly send to a member.

Swingers

How can I look for couples?Couple search can only be performed by using the "Swingers Search" tab in the top of the screen.

How do I know this is the card of a couple?The swingers' mini-card will have the icon

. Also, their card won't display an age.

Why don't I see results when I do a couples search?If you haven't marked in your preferences that you are searching for couples, you won't be able to see couple cards.
If you'd like to change this, click on the "My Profile" tab at the head of the page. On the bar below, click on the tab "Basic Information". On the right of the new screen, next to "Seeking", mark with a V the "Couples" option and click on "Save". Now you must sign out by clicking on the "Log Out" button on the left menu and log back into the site with your email address and password.

Technical Problems

I am inputting my email and password but I still can't seem to log in, why is that?You may have made a mistake with your email address or password. If that happened and you don't know your password, please click on "forgot password" underneath the text. On the next page, you will need to input the email address you used to register to the site and click on submit. Within minutes an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password - just click on the link that came in the email. You will be transferred to a page in which you can choose a new password. Fill in the new password and click on "submit". Now you can log into the site with the new password you've entered.

I received an email alert of a new message, but I don't see it on the site.The member that sent you the message may have chosen to remove their profile from the site, and that is why their profile and any messages sent do not appear on the site.

I'm not getting emails alerting me to new messages to my profileThis can happen for a few reasons:
1. If you were logged in when the member sent you a message, you will not get an email alert.
2. It could be that the emails are arriving at the SPAM / Trash folder. Check the spam/trash folder in your email account. If you've found our emails there, click on 'not spam/trash' and the emails should arrive in your mailbox from now on.
3. You may have chosen not to receive email alerts from the site. Click on the tab "My profile" in the head of the page. Then select the tab "My account". On the bar underneath, select the option "Notifications" and you will be transferred to a part of the page where you can edit the alerts coming to your personal email. Check if you've marked a V in the box next to the text "Messages sent to me". If not, mark the box and click on "Save".

Watched Your Card

How can I remove a card from the "watched your card" list?To remove a member from the "watched your card" list mark a V in the box on the left side of that member's mini-card and click on the text "delete marked" at the top part of the screen. Then click on OK.

What does the "Watched your card" list mean?On this list you'll be able to see all the members who have opened your profile.
Click on the "Contacts" tab at the head of the screen and choose the "Views" tab. This is where you'll find all the members who have watched your card.

What does the date at the bottom part of the member's mini-card mean?The date displayed is the last date in which the member opened your card. Meaning, if they have opened your card a number of times, it will only display the last date in which they did so.

Why is the amount of cards appearing on my "watched your card" list not matching up with the number written on the left bar next to "Viewed your profile"?The number seen on the left bar, next to the words "Viewed your account" displays the number of members who have watched your card since the last time you clicked on "Reset". In the "Watched your profile" list shows all the cards that watched your profile, other than those you have selected to remove from the list.
